We proudly offer shipping within the United States, to Canada, and to many international destinations. Orders are packed securely for fine-art transit and shipped using trusted courier partners.

At this time, all orders are shipped with free shipping. Where available, we use reliable air-shipping services for international deliveries to help balance safety, speed, and cost.

Protective Packaging for Fine Art

Each Moksha Craft piece is prepared in customized protective packaging designed for fragile, premium wall art. Our packaging process is intended to help safeguard the museum-grade frame, 24K gold foil relief work, and shatter-resistant protective acrylic during transit.

Before dispatch, each order is inspected and packed with care so that it arrives ready to be received, gifted, or placed in your home with confidence.

Processing Time

For orders shipping within the United States, preparation time is typically 1-2 business days before dispatch.

For Canada and other international destinations, preparation time is generally similar, though occasional additional handling time may be needed during peak periods or for destination-specific documentation.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing can vary based on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal courier volume.

For the United States, transit time is usually 2-5 business days after dispatch.

For Canada, a reasonable estimated transit time is 5-9 business days after dispatch.

For other international regions, cross-border air shipping is available in many destinations, with a typical estimated transit time of 7-14 business days after dispatch.

If you are ordering for Diwali, a housewarming, a wedding, or another date-sensitive occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for customs and final-mile delivery variability.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are entered accurately at checkout. Moksha Craft is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of order.

Transit Damage Support

In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mokshacraft.com with your order number and clear photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will review the matter promptly in accordance with our transit damage support process.
