Refund & Return Policy
At Moksha Craft, we take great care in the creation, inspection, and packaging of every artwork. Our goal is to ensure that each piece arrives in excellent condition and meets the expectations of our customers. As our products are premium devotional artworks that require careful handling, this Refund & Return Policy is intended to set out the terms governing returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged shipments, and related claims.
By placing an order with Moksha Craft, you acknowledge and agree that all return, exchange, refund, shortage, and damage claims will be reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy, subject to applicable law.
100% Transit Damage Guarantee
Every Moksha Craft artwork is packed in protective, export-ready packaging suitable for domestic and international delivery.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, we offer a 100% Transit Damage Guarantee, subject to claim verification and compliance with the reporting requirements set out below.
To request assistance for transit damage, you must email info@mokshacraft.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, at our sole discretion.
30-Day Gold Finish Warranty
Moksha Craft provides a 30-day warranty on the gold finish under normal indoor display conditions, calculated from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to verified issues relating to the gold-plated finish or workmanship and does not apply to damage or deterioration caused by misuse, impact, improper installation, moisture, direct heat, chemicals, abnormal environmental exposure, or accidental damage.
If you believe your artwork has a qualifying issue, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other support at our discretion.
Returns for Change of Mind
Subject to the terms of this policy, we accept return and exchange requests made within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where we approve an exception for a verified issue.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified transit issue or an approved product defect.
If a return shipment or pickup is incomplete, or if any item is missing at the time the return is received or collected, including where a customer claims that multiple items were returned but the shipment does not in fact contain all such items, Moksha Craft reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the missing item(s) from the refundable amount. This rule also applies to promotional items, including but not limited to complimentary gifts and silver coins.
Where a return is approved and the returned product is received and passes inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days of receipt.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee full refund eligibility. All returned products remain subject to inspection upon receipt, and Moksha Craft reserves the right to approve, reject, or adjust the refund amount if the returned product fails to satisfy the requirements of this policy.
Any non-damaged return request remains subject to prior approval and must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original protective packaging
- The return must be authorized by our team before shipment
- All included accessories, inserts, certificates, promotional items, and bundled items must be returned together where applicable
Please note:
- If return shipping or pickup charges exceed a reasonable courier range, any excess amount may be deducted from the refund where applicable
- If a returned item is received damaged, used, incomplete, altered, or not in its original condition, the refund may be denied or adjusted in whole or in part
- Any refund amount may be reduced to account for restocking fees, missing products, missing bundled items, missing promotional items, damage, excess reverse-logistics charges, or other verified deductions permitted under this policy
Non-Returnable Situations
Without limitation, we may refuse a return, exchange, or refund request in the following situations:
- Damage reported after the allowed reporting period
- Normal variation in handcrafted detailing, texture, or finish that does not affect the integrity of the artwork
- Damage caused after delivery, including mishandling, improper hanging, moisture exposure, or accidental impact
- Orders returned without prior authorization
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Claims that cannot be reasonably verified based on the evidence provided
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise required by law. Please allow additional time for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or banking institution.
Moksha Craft shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, card networks, customs authorities, delivery partners, or other third parties outside our reasonable control.
Missing Items or Empty Packages
If you receive an empty package or discover that items are missing from your order, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To investigate and process such a claim, we require a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the package condition, shipping label, seal condition, and the full unpacking process. If the evidence provided is incomplete or insufficient, or if the package shows visible signs of tampering, interference, or mishandling, the claim may be rejected. In all such matters, Moksha Craft reserves the final decision.
Return Process
You may initiate a return request through our website or app. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team for assistance with the return process.
After submitting a return request, you are responsible for remaining available for pickup coordination and for answering calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable at the pickup address or fail to answer the delivery partner's calls, the pickup may be cancelled. In such circumstances, you may be required to initiate the return process again, and the overall resolution timeline may be extended.
Reservation of Rights
Moksha Craft reserves the right to request additional evidence, reject abusive or fraudulent claims, deny returns that do not comply with this policy, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of our products, promotions, and order-fulfillment process.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's jurisdiction.
